Old Mutual Superfund claim

From 21 days to 24,48 hours to 7days is that how your proffesion runs? I resigned from Nedbank on the 19 of July 2018, on the 4 September 2018 I called Old Mutual super Fund and I was told abt 21days, last week Friday when I called I was told by samatha that a manuel form was going to be submited to SARS the when i called on the 23rd of Sep i was told there was a techinical error, today 26th when i called again i was told about 48hours then 7days by some lady at old Mutual Fund superfund , but when you were deducting the amount on my payslip I was never due or nor did I tell you about 48hours or 7day system error or not that's actually none of my concern cause at the end of the day its seems like you struggling to just pay out my pension fund is that how you croock people or waist they time? While they need to feed themselves?
