Old mutual superfund benefit

I'm really exhausted and we very disappointed as a family, we lost our loved one 16 july 2020 he had the old mutual superfund benefit through his employer morebo (guatrain) they called us after the funeral to notify us about the benefit we filled in the relevant documents and sent it back till today 12/01/2022 we still waiting for the payout whenever i call i get sent from pillar to post last year july they sent me the same document to till fill out because they couldn't find the previous documents which we did but we still not getting any joy from them.
