Old mutual superfund

Absolutely pathetic service. Waiting more than a year for my late father's superfund to be paid out. Useless service when calling to find out what is required to complete this transaction.

Manager doesn't return calls. And always busy so can't get call transferred to him.

Required help from old mutual to resolve this claim asap!
