Old Mutual SuperFund

I have had extreme dissatisfaction with the lack of response from Old Mutual regarding the management of my pension fund. Since resigning from my position, I have sent three emails over the past two weeks, all of which have gone unanswered. This level of service is completely unacceptable. As a financial institution entrusted with managing people’s retirement savings, the bare minimum I expect is timely and professional communication. Furthermore, the consultant assigned by my previous employer has proven equally ineffective, failing to provide any assistance or even basic feedback. This negligence and lack of response has caused unnecessary delays and frustration.
