Old mutual superfund
I am having the worst service with the old mutual superfund call center ***, I have waited for almost 2 hours now. The first call went to voicemail after 45 minutes of waiting. Now I had an agent answer and she told me she needs to put me through to someone else and I have been waiting and there is no answer.

Last week Thursday mornin I received an email saying the funds have been paid and will be reflecting on the account in 2 days. Today there is still nothing on the account. And your Superfund calle center does not answer any calls, you wait for a good 40 minutes and then the call is dropped.
