Old Mutual Superfund

Old mutual superfund has been taking me from pillar to post since August 2020 , I app**** for my withdrawal since and am still waiting when I call the call centre they seem to have the same answer "sorry mam i have just submitted it to Sars" my patience has run out with them really. I call almost every 2 weeks on the progress but there seems to be none, really not happy with their service this is long overdue 5 months is a long time.
