Old Mutual Superfund

I was with a certain company and resigned our provident fund administration was being handled by Old Mutual. I submitted my withdrawal forms and it had been one year trying to retrieve my money from Old Mutual Superfund each time I call in I speak to a different agent who has no clue what is going of they keep saying they will escalate the matter but nothing is done. They promise to call back but never calm back no one seems to know what is going on I need to withdraw my funds from these guys it's pathetic service. All documents required have been submitted I don't know what circus is being conducted at their superfund department how can a withdrawal take over year honestly. I would strongly advise against letting these guys handle your retirement fund because when it's time to pay up they will give you a run around for you own money.
