Old Mutual Superfund

I resigned from my former employer and my last working day was ths 30th of April and I was advised that I'd receive my pension payment within 6 weeks from the 7th of May... When 6 weeks passed I enquired only to find out a claim hadn't been made and I'm still waiting for details as to when I'm actually going to receive my payment.
