Old Mutual Superfund

1) Old Mutual Superfund print statements (effect of tax payers) on the 30th of June 2018 but why did they not print it on the 1st of March 2017? What happened between the 1st of March 2017 up to 30 of June 2017 with the info? 2) The letter with the statement dated 6th of September 2017... What happened between the the 30th of June 2017 to the letter dated 6th of September 2017? 3) Client received letter on the 24th October 2017. What happened with letter between the 6th of September 2017 up to the 24th of October 2017? 4) E filing opens the 1st of July 2017? 5) We as the client must complete our taxes in time but with service like Old Mutual you can't!!!!
