Old mutual superfund

I went on pension, was retrenched at the end of Sept 2024 and I am still struggling to register my claim for my pension. The superfund app is not working, the call centre never have answers if they answer the phone and all queries take 3 - 4 days to resolve. Yet no claim registered. They are not prepared to assist with an alternative process. So another month without money. Not even my old mutual client services consultant get any help from them. Please help
