What is going with Old Mutual? 1. Online Secure platform you cannot track anything, the status of any application 2. The call centre, you hold forever. On 3 occasions I was on hold for more than 20 minute! We all know what that equates to inairtime when calling from a cellphone. 3. Short Message service, you sms to 48954 and get no response
