Old Mutual Super fund worst experience ever.
Good Morning i'm struggling to get my divorce payout from Old Mutual super fund they really have no sence of urgency I have been phoning since monday this week and getting stories from the old mutual team not sure why are they delaying to pay out the claim it has been return from sars 2 weeks back now the claims team keeps on telling me the issue is escalated from them to a teameader after teameader it must go to the processing department this is really frustrating to phone people that have no clue of how their own processes and system works
