Old mutual super fund the worst investment anybody can take

Old mutual super fund it's being over 20 working days but I have not received anything yet for my pension fund not even a silly excuse for the delay. At first on the 14/09/2020 Zaheer Gabru sent an email that I don't have any active investments as he refusing to send me a statement meanwhile on the 17/09/2020 I was able to call to request a withdrawal from pension fund. Instead of things getting better on the 10/10/2020 Diane Goncalves also insist I still don't have any active investments. I even gave them a benefit of a doubt that I should ask them on the 20/10/2020 but they can't even respond to my email. This is so disappointing from old mutual. Anybody who has a retirement investment with old mutual super fund should consider changing it. Those who are looking for a new pension fund should not even consider old mutual super fund, this is the worst experience I have had. Do I need to ask the EFF to strike with me? Or should I sue old mutual or go to ETV to get my retirement fund?
