Old Mutual Super fund non commitment
This is my SECOND complaint about this company and their non commitment to action. In MAY my client app**** to have her funds transferred from the Superfund to a different insurer. Guess what: This STILL HASNT BEEN SORTED OUT DESPITE THE COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT BEING INVOLVED. Your system asks for a reference number: I am not even going to complete that because they DONT KNOW WHAT A REFERENCE NUMBER IS FOR!
Warning to existing Old Mutual clients: Should you wish to move/retire or transact with these people, BE PREPARED TO WAIT FOR EVER for ANY ACTION.
