Old Mutual Super Fund is a ****.

I’ve had issues with Old Mutual not sending me statements for the past two years related to a preservation fund I have with them. When I try to find out more about the status of the fund they tell me that I’ve received a payout which is incorrect. I’ve tried emailing the claims and accounts specialists associated with my issue but no one responds. I now need assistance to move the money in the Fund to another service provider as I cannot trust Old Mutual any longer. The lack of communication and misinformation is extremely worrying.
