Old Mutual super fund investment

I've been retrenched at my former working place since 28 March 2021, I signed my old mutual withdrawal form and stated that I'd like full withdrawal from my investment (super fund investment). They said it'll take 3 months for me to get my funds but up till date I haven't gotten anything and I'd like to have my money, whenever I make a request as to when the money will reflect on my bank they always say in 2days.
