Old Mutual Super fund fail!

I have a super fund with Old Mutual that paid out after I was retrenched during covid. I have to do my tax, but SARS is unable to process because Old Mutual Super fund and the information SARS has on their system do not match. The brokers have tried to fix this problem and I have spoken to sales people at Old Mutual who have requested I send them SARS documents that I have sent. They then send back the same documents with nothing rectified. I am stuck and this process with multiple attempts have lasted for more than 3 months. Old Mutual you will not get my business again. I am also now in the position where SARS advised that I send Old Mutual and affidavit in order to get the information needed.
