Old mutual super fund
A claim was submitted in March 2023, up to date no funds has been paid to my account. And calling is just not helping since the only feedback I'm getting is it should be before end of this week or next week Monday. I have financial obligations and things are taking a very bad turn. One should feel like begging for their money. For me this is disrespectful and unacceptable and no one can take accountability and I regret why our employers maara

30 Aug 2023, 02:38I wish I had means to hold someone responsible for this. A period of 6 months waiting for my money. In a matter of few days I will be blacklisted due to non payment. What will be the chances of getting employment then. All thanks to old mutual processes. Requesting me 3 days to investigate is too long. You must know what's the problem within 24hrs, this shows you not concerned at all.
