OLD MUTUAL SUPER FUND CLAIM CASE

To say I'm disappointed will be an understatement. I have been following up on my late mother's super fund claim case from last year to date and still no progressive feedback. My mother passed away on the 1st of May 2022, today's feedback was really the last pull.The lady who assisted me today Noxolo Sikina gladly said "it's like that, there's nothing we can do but you just need to wait" mind you the investigation of this case is said to hsve started on the 10th of Feb, we were promised calls from the investigators and we still waiting. It was now the 15th of May and the lady says "it's like that??" Old Mutual it's been a YEAR!!
