Old mutual super fund

I have put in a claim with old mutual superfund since last year June. My payout has never gone through everytime I call them they say you will get your money in 24 to 48 hours ever since then after 48 hours they always tell me there was an error.when I tell them I need to lay a complain they say the complaints team will call me back because they don't take incoming calls I even have recordings
