Old Mutual - SUCKS - New Mutual service is TERRIBLE.

Old Mutual service has gone to the dogs. I received a SMS from Old Mutual regarding funeral insurance. I rep****, Yes and got a call within 5 minutes. I bought a funeral policy from Old Mutual based on my experience with the "OLD" Old Mutual....expecting a level of service I was accustomed to. THINGS HAVE CHANGED - This is New Mutual full of empty promises. I was informed that my 1st deduction from my bank account will be after I have received a copy of my policy via e-mail. I have still not received a copy of my policy.... But "New" Old Mutual has proceeded to deduct funds from my account. I called them and was informed that a supervisor will me regarding this. A whole week has passed and I have received no call. I WILL PROCEED TO CANCEL MY POLICY THIS WEEK AND DEMAND A REFUND ON MY INSTALLMENT.
