Old mutual sucks and is a ****!!!!

Its been 5 months now waiting for my claim from superfunds. Last week i received a call from them telling me to wait 3-5 days for the money to reflect. I received a stupid sms telling me to submit a new claim, only to find out that there is no money to claim on "my claim" the account is R0.00. This really sucks and frustrating and when you go to the branch they don't know nothing can't even explain what is happening. OLD MUTUAL please release my funds I dont want anything to do with you I just want my money period. How do you guys feel with so many bad reviews on the same department? Please do the right thing cause you can't tell me to resubmit a claim but the account is R0.00 and I didn't even receive the damn money, tell me what to do from here and where my money is sies man!
