Old mutual sucks and does not care

I went to apply for my father inlaws death claim yesterday at Guguletu mall and i was assured that nothing else will be required, shortly after doing so i received an sms requesting the contact details of funeral parlour which are already on the forms i submited, Im mourning my father and i must go up and down for documents they have already. Funeral cover is not suppose to bring stress and misery its suppose to com**** you in time of need. . How am i suppose to burry my father this coming Saturday without money. Im so dissapointed i need to re-look all my policies with old mutual. All mutual is not the best funeral cover at all the service sucks.
