Old Mutual Sucks!

Since the 1st August I've been receiving letters that my premium was not paid! Yet, there was enough funds in my bank account. It seems I had a premium increase, BUT they only loaded one of the 5 components!? I've emailed, I've tried to phone twicw(held 15min, one was on my cell phone could not get through to anyone) I've logged a complaint on their web site and I've messaged them on Facebook?! The only thing I haven't done is go burn down a building to get their attention?!

What must I do? It is my life cover, soooo if something happens to me now I'm not covered. I've also used the email address they supp**** for my short fall but the email keeps coming back?

I'M AT MY WITTS END?? MY policy is going to be useless, and nothing of this is my fault?
