Old Mutual Sucks

I have been trying to reach old mutual via email and telephone for my policies' review, to no avail.

I just want to know if their: 1. business is still operational, amid the COVID-19 lockdown and its resulting effects.

2. so called financial advisors, whom we pay a commission, really advise their clients, as I unfortunately have not had the blessing to be ever contacted by my advisor. Just at least a courtesy and decency to introduce themselves, following the departure of the initial advisor who recruited me to Old Mutual. MY LIFETIME REGRET!

I DESPERATELY NEED TO WITHDRAW MY MEMBERSHIP BUT WITH NOBODY AVAILABLE AT THE CALL CENTER AND REMOTELY, ON EMAIL I AM AT A LOSS ON HOW YO MAKE CONTACT.

OLD MUTUAL IS MESSING WITH PEOPLE'S MINDS WITH SUCH DELICATE SERVICES THEY OFFER. IT'S DISSASFYING AND ANNOYING.
