So for over three years I ha e been trying to cancel one of the funeral cover with oldmutual without a success. Last month I requested another cancelation but oldmutual keep on changing ref number and continue to debit. When you call old mutual you will stay on the line for one hour with no answer a d when they answer its like another government officials who doesn't care just like their team leaders
