Old Mutual sucks

I had a savings policy with Old Mutual i canceled it on 28 November 2019 and in January was informed by the lady that deals with my policy that i would need to submit a cancelation letter. I submitted my letter and they deducted for Nov 2019, dec 2019 and January 2020. I was informed that my money that they have deducted i will only be able to receive it in 2023. I understood that but then asked for my three deduction from Nov 2019 to Jan 2020 and i was told that they would not be able to return this money to me. I am very displeased with the service that I am receiving from Old Mutual and I intend on canceling all policies that i have with them. The agent that i have dealt with all along has always tried her best to assist but she does however not call the shots at Old Mutual.
