Old Mutual sucks

When looking at a business rating one should concider that with the lowest score possible @ 20% Old mutuals score of 3.6 appears much higher than what they deserve. According to my experience at least. I won't bore you with a lengthy explanation. I can say it's just about worse than government services. I have two policies that matured two years ago. I can see there is a possibility that I won't see any of it. I'm sure there department's where they sell new policies will score 5 out of 5.
