Old mutual sucks!!!!

This is absolutely the worst service we have had! My mother has her provident fund with them, she is retrenched for the 2nd month now. All documents have been submitted to them and they advertise on there sites that it's a waiting period of 9 to 21 days. It's now more than 6 weeks and still they are failing to make this happen. I have sent emails phone calls amounting to more than R500 All in vain. Every persons name we have spoken to we have recorded. I advise if u do have your funds with them please get it moved asap from them. Because they are a total waste of money and time
