Old Mutual sucks.

Hello, I have submitted a claim and now they do not contact me at all. They are getting worse than Sanlam on settling claims. All I have received from them is an automated reply on this ' Death claim for A.J.C. van der Walt contr. number ***4. - Enquiry Ref. [CLAIMS***4]" Fast enough to take your money but not interested to pay you out.
