Old Mutual Sucks
Getting through to the Old Mutual Service Centre is an impossible task. I called every day for more than a week and each time was left holding for close to 20 minutes at a time without once speaking to one person. I am furious as up to now I have not been able to get through to anyone at Old Mutual. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
