Old mutual sucks

The incompetence of old mutual greenstone by one claims person Paul is devastating.. so condescending....

I came to check my investment and , something that should have taken a few minutes is taking an hour...

Asking for a statement took another 15 minutes in which the consultant made a call, then laughed on the line..(I DONT KNOW WHAT KIND OF TRAINING YOU GET TO DO WHAT YOU DO, but when you are dealing with a frustrated customer,... shrugs)... they kept talking..laughing..

When he hung up.. with a straight face.... he tells me he can't help me yet he was on the phone for 15 freaken minutes!??

Now I have to wait for someone else to help me.... still waiting....

Turns out they can only email me MY statement (it gets better) ...after TEN WORKING DAYS!!!!! ***!!!?!?!

Was about to cancel and burn errrthing green when......
