old mutual sucks
Highly disgusted with old mutual. Call centre agents treating clients with a cheeky attitude. I did a full disinvestment on my policy...lost R1500 and now they paid my money into the wrong bank account!!!! Been waiting for two weeks. Worst financial service ever!!!! Oh and the call centre agent said sorry it was human error. Its our problem but now its your problem... UNPROFESSIONAL
