Old mutual sucks

I'm not sure who to ask for assistance.

My father passed away and I was claiming the policy I had.

At the old mutual office the agent was unsure about alot the information. At the end off the process it was all done. And I was given a letter to say the policy will pay out in 10 working days.

After the 10 working days have passed I went to the branch to find out what was taking so long. And was told the matter will take 2 working days to get feedback on my complaint.

I now get a call from old mutual saying that the policy could take as long as 3 months for any payout.

This I feel was unacceptable and show the type off service that Old mutual offers clients.

I was also asked to consider investing in a policy with old mutual.

I couldn't believe I was asked this.

I don't know what recourse I have.

But want to post this.

My next step will be to buy a billboard ad warning people about the terrible service from old mutual
