My moyher has been paying them for the past 12 years but 2 years ago she had a major operation done. We were asked to fill in all necessary documents and we did and sent it to them but 2 years later still no joy. They keep sending the same documents to fill in all the time. To take a woman money who is unemployed for 12 years is a good thing to do but when she has a claim then this company looks for ways not to pay. I have definitely had enough and will be making this go public. You have taken advantage of a consumer and i will not rest till you rectify your ridiculousness.
