Old Mutual strikes again!

I have had enough of Old Mutual. Once again I have to write a bad review about them. I went into their offices and cancelled my Green Light Policy with them and took out a funeral policy. They are still trying to take off my monthly instalment for the Green Light Policy despite the policy being cancelled. I have even been into the bank to cancel the debit order but if Old Mutual use a different reference there is nothing they can do. I am wracking up bank charges because the debit order is bouncing. So Old Mutual are you going to pay me back all the bank charges that are due to me because you are completely *********** in cancelling a policy?
