Old Mutual *****s my child's money

Old Mutuals ATM dispensed only half my daughter's pocket money. They claim the correct amount was dispensed. How, when you have CCTVs and witnesses ? Surely the money in the ATM is counted and monitored for discrepancies. A month later, no resolution. I AM DISGUSTED that they would treat a child's hard earned money this way.
