Old Mutual *****s customer's money /un-Authorized debt Orders

Hi.

To whom it may concern.

I am very un happy customer at this stage where I have been a good complying Old Mutual customer until to-date where I am even thinking of cancelling my accounts with OMF.

I have about 4 temporary loans with OMF which I have been paying accordingly apart from moth of May 2018 which I made an arrangement that I am currently not working and advised that they should not debt my FNB account as its in deficit, they then advised me to do a manual payment we agreed that I will do so in June.

I am surprised that OMF has debited my OM money account which I never permitted or give them any instruction to do so and that really concerns me as a customer as you still also debiting my FNB account simultaneously which I now do not understand why am I being debited from my both two accounts.

Please would really like and appreciate a positive response as well as a resolution going forward.
