Old Mutual *****ing money after policy is cancelled

Pathetic customer service, administration and management. Cancelled my policy in august 2017 after a massive delay. Only to realize they have had their hand in my bank account ever since.

When I logged a query telling them to resolve the issue on thier side I got told to send another letter signed by me requesing to cancel... THIS IS AFTER I have already received confirmation from them in August 2017 that my policy is cancelled... they are *****ing money because they can....
