OLD MUTUAL-STAY AWAY-STAY AWAY-Provident Payout

i work for a company that has cancelled the provident fund option,this process started in January 2015 on numerous occasions i have called the call centre to find out when will the payout happen.Either may payment will happen on a Wednesday or a Friday. Obviously this is a lie. i have been told by old mutual that they are waiting for a tax directive,i called SARS on my first attempt and was told that they do not have a record of a tax directive from OM.i called OM and i was told they are investigating.i called SARS again at a later date and was told the tax directive was declined-no one from OM is letting me know of any progress.WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PAYOUT. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO COMPLETE THIS PROCESS.<br> if this is the taste of how i will be dealt with when i reach my retirement age,rest assured you are not the only service provider.STAY AWAY FROM OLD MUTUAL.will you have the energy to deal with this kind of service at retirement (65years) <br>
