Old Mutual starting to give serious ********** vibes

Why is old Mutual giving my mom a run around with her money. There are constant delaying techniques that keeps her running around in circles, regarding her investment payout. She has been informed that the money was paid into their wealth account more than a month ago. And one can not help but feel that you guys are busy making interest while your clients have to literally wait in suspension for their own money. It was alledged that the money was paid into her bank account last week but there is no sign of it. We expect a solution when you respond and not another delaying tactic. PS. Just by reading all the other reviews it is evident that you guys don't really take your clients seriously.
