Old Mutual staff pension fund useless.

I am extremely upset by the sloppy services of the Old Mutual staff pension fund. As a former member SARS informed me that I have to submit a tax return for the 2017/2018 tax year. I could not do this because someone captured the incorrect tax directive for 2017/2018 which should have been captured under the 2018/2019 tax year. All that needed to be done from Old Mutual side is change the date of the directive and upload this. I phoned into the staff pension fund call centre last Friday and the lady was super rude. She could not help me and was utterly ***********. She gave me two email addresses to use and to date no one has responded to my mail. I had also copied in the HR team who were the only ones to respond and because it was a pension fund withdrawal they could not assist and I was given another email address. I am so mad. If this is not resolved chop, chop I am closing my bank account with Old Mutual and transferring my R/A also. I will further refer this to the pension funds adjudicator to penalize Old Mutual by paying me out on my tax refund that is been delayed because of incompetence all round by Old Mutual.
