Old mutual staff pension fund need assistance.

Good day. I had called into the call center on Friday requesting tax certificates dating back from 2014. I received an email from what I thought was the staff pension fund, informing me that they cannot retrieve my tax certificates as the previous administrators did not send it to them. Today I received a notification explaining that these certificates cannot be retrieved due to the records been older than 5 years and I was sent a tax certificate only for 2018. The problem is I thought the department I spoke to was the staff retirement fund and not the medical aid department as I had selected option 5 on the voice prompts for the OM staff retirement fund. I resigned from OM on the 28th February 2018. I need tax certificates from my previous pension fund for two lump sum withdrawals. One in the 2017/2018 tax year and the other in the 2018/2019 tax year to submit to SARS urgently. Please kindly assist with this.
