Old Mutual Soweto office park needs love.

The old Mutual OUTSIDE Jabulani Mall on corner Koma Road and Bolani Street Jabulani Soweto (Sanlam/Old Mutual building) has great clientele, My advisor was great and helped me to be comfortable but having to walk in that building was scary. The corridors of this office park from the walls and up the stairs are filthy. Having to wait at the reception area to be assisted was the scariest yet disgusting experience of my life. The building inside is obviously neglected, from the walls to the couches in the reception area that are grimy,disgusting and have lost all kinds comfort and cushioning ,the Wall paper in the Consultation rooms is falling off same as outside the building the decoration are falling apart outside. It’s so scary to the point that I ask myself are these conditions even near the health and safety acts and are these offices Deliberately neglected because they in Soweto Or what?? Because the offices in Sandton are not near as horrible to what I came across too.
