Old Mutual South Africa pathetic service
Have sent three emails regarding my withdrawal from my superfund policy. Called he call centre twice held for 30 mins each time only for the call to get dropped... Pathetic service from a financial service provider

10 Mar 2021, 13:33I managed to get thru to the call centre after an hour and being cut of twice... Was told my claim was submitted in Jan by my company and an error occurred... Which means if I did not contact old mutual the claim would've just been up in the air...surely old mutual should have contacted me to sort out.. Please can you escalate this claim and pay it immediately
