Old Mutual SME Staff Cover

I contacted Olwethu Santi (***) from Old Mutual SME Staff Cover to increase the cover amounts for my staff and accepted the quote on 8 September 2021. Since then I have been struggling to get the debit order amount to be the same as the quote I accepted. The first month they took double the amount and since then continued at the incorrect higher amount. Every time I call the only number *** I wait on hold for 15 minutes until I get cut off or hang up in frustration. After months of the "back office problem" excuse and being promised the manager will contact me and that never happening, I am beyond frustrated with the service I am receiving and am ready to move to a new service provider.
