Old Mutual slow to pay out and too lazy to get back to work

I submitted forms for my policy to be paid out on 25/8/2020. Still waiting. Everythime I phone, there is a different story. Then the policy was ceded ...... then they don't like the bank account into which I ask them to pay the money. I am a sole proprietor, yet they insist it is a business account. I had to open a savings account specially !!! The details of this account was emailed on 18 October 2020. Who the hell do they think they are to refuse to pay out my policy ????? It is because they are still working from home; sitting around in their pajamas that no work gets done !!
