Old Mutual sinister at best
Recent engagement with old mutual have left me lost for words, on the one investment I have not been able to find out what the investment class it is and on the other I had for 20 odd years have to submit fica documents to change my email add, worst of all it has to be certified. Does it mean I have never been FICA approved? Do not have to deal with this on any of the other Investment houses.
