Old Mutual shortpays pensioner

Old Mutual is unable to explain why a pensioner whose transferred pension was approx. R10000 in 1997, who then retired in 1999, made a withdrawal claim in July 2014, was only paid approx. R700 in March 2015. we have been taken from pillar to post and we have been told the finance department will forward calculations of how the R700 was derived. this undertaking was made on Friday - to date we have not received this information yet.<br> <br> Kind regards <br> Mr JV Ndlovu
