Old Mutual Shocking Service
Once again - why I did not learn the last time - there is no such thing as customer service in this place - it is absolutely shocking how this company can still be in business - not only do they give you an incorrect IT certificate they DO NOT even hurry to correct OR to contact you back. I got told yesterday that my query would be escalated as urgent and that an emergency call would be sent out - that was yesterday at 11:34 am - guess what - NO call was received
